PARMIGIANA
Lightly breaded chicken, veal or eggplant served in our delicious tomato sauce
and topped with our blend of Italian cheeses.

CACCIATORE
Chicken, veal or sweet sausage simmered in a red vino tomato sauce with
portabella mushrooms, onions and tri-colored peppers.

MARSALA
Chicken or veal sautéed with marsala vino and simmered in a veal based demi-glace.

PICCATA
Chicken or veal sautéed with garlic and simmered in a lemon butter, caper, white vino sauce.

BRACIOLA
Thinly sliced beef rolled with prosciutto, mozzarella, parmesan, onions, garlic, raisins, pine nuts
 and Italian herbs, simmered with red vino and our tomato sauce.

ALL OF THE ABOVE EARLY BIRD ITEMS AND SERVED WITH A MIXED ITALIAN SALAD.
ENTREES ARE COMPLETE WITH A CHOICE OF PASTA AND ITALIAN MIXED VEGETABLES.
YOU MAY HAVE YOUR PASTA SERVED ON THE SIDE WITH ANY OF OUR OTHER SAUCES
